These incorporates a simple non return valve encased in aluminium alloy jet head which opens to direct flow of water jet and closes when the suction starts. This is designed for rapid penetration by jetting.
This contains 1.5 inch i.d. galvanized inner pipe, with hardened cutting teeth to penetrate even tough soil and a ball valve on front for jetting is tightly threaded onto a filter screen pipe.

To avoid leakages and to ensure pressure tight connectiion with header pipe the rubber slip fit sleeve coupling are used.
These are secured in one stroke with hand lever actuate "snap-title" clamp. They are fast to install and removal.
Various metal pipe fittings in the form of tees, elbow of 45°or 90° are provided to connect the header and discharge pipes. Header sleeves and snap tight clamps ensure leak proof connections even under vacuum, with out use of any special tools used in industrial pipe fittings.
